We have developed extensive knowledge of inbound contact centres, outbound diallers, speech analytics, workforce management, telephony networks and back office telephone systems (IPPBX). Increasingly, over the last few years, we have worked with companies to migrate their on-premise solutions to a comparable hosted model.
